Joondalup

 Joondalup Gate Shopping Centre
Keiki Child Care Centre
  • Overview -  Construction and fitout works of existing 1,930m2 vacant tenancy in to 118 child and 30 staff child care centre including internal and external plays areas, administration offices, art rooms, baby, kindy, toddler and 2½ to 5 year old “play” rooms

  • Owner – Joondalup Gate Pty Ltd

  • Design & Construct Contract with SPH Architecture and Ballpoint Construction

  • Contract Value - $1.25m plus GST

  • Status – Design works commenced in June 2019 with Practical Completion of the construction being achieved in mid-November 2019 (i.e. 6-month turnaround)

  • Role – Superintendent Services of Construction Works

Perth - Kenwick

BP Kenwick – Service Station with Convenience Store
  • Overview -  Design & Construct of New to Industry BP Service Station including Wild Bean café & Truck canopy/fuelling

  • Owner – BP Australia Pty Ltd

  • Design & Construct Contract with Hodge Collard Preston Architects and Tydan Construction

  • Status – Works commenced in August 2019 with Practical Completion achieved in December 2019 (i.e. 5-month turnaround)

  • Role – Superintendent Services of Construction Works

Byford

BYFORD RETAIL MARKET
  • Overview – Woolworth’s supermarket, BWS and sixteen (16) speciality tenancies

  • Developer – Australasian Property Investments Limited

  • Builder – Spyda Construction

  • Architect – J Prestipino Building Designs

  • Contract Value - $11.9m plus GST

  • Status – Practical Completion achieved in September 2018

  • Role – Independent Certifier

Floreat

FLOREAT FORUM SHOPPING CENTRE
  • Overview – sub-regional shopping centre of approximately 19,000m2 of lettable area anchored by a Coles and Woolworth’s supermarkets and 97 speciality tenancies

  • Owner – Private syndicate managed by APIL

  • Value – purchased for $100m in 2009

  • Status – Ongoing

  • Role – Facilities and Project Management

Perth

CHANCERY HOUSE
  • Overview -  Boutique twelve level office building in Elizabeth Quay precinct

  • Owner – private syndicate managed by APIL

  • Architect – Oldfield and Knott Architects Pty Ltd

  • Value – Purchased for $50m 2011

  • Status – Ground floor lobby and bathroom upgrade and tenancy refurbishment

  • Role – Facilities and Project Management

WINNER – Commercial Property Council Awards Outstanding Refurbishment and Property of the Year in its category

Joondalup

LATITUDE TENANCY, JOONDALUP GATE
  • Overview – Joondalup Gate is a large format Home and Lifestyle retail centre 23kms north of Perth’s CBD

  • Owner – private syndicate managed by APIL

  • Contract Value - $1.25m

  • Status – Amalgamation of three tenancies to create single tenancy, fire and power upgrade works and structural building improvements to accommodate tenants requirements

  • Role – Facilities and Project Management

West Perth

SAGE HOTEL
  • Overview – restoration of heritage listed building and construction of 101-bed hotel over 12 floors including new restaurant

  • Developer – Australian Development Capital Limited

  • Builder – Cooper & Oxley Builders

  • Architect – Oldfield Knott Architects

  • Contract Value - $17.9m plus GST

  • Status – Practical Completion achieved in April 2016

  • Role – Project Manager and Superintendent

Cottesloe

OVERTON TERRACES
  • Overview – eleven (11) high end 2 and 3-bedroom bespoke apartments

  • Developer – Australian Development Capital Limited

  • Builder – Adrian Zorzi

  • Architect – Banham Architects

  • Contract Value - $12.1m plus GST

  • Status – Practical Completion achieved in June 2018

  • Role – Superintendent

Midland

QUEST MIDLAND
  • Overview – 102 bed hotel with commercial tenancy over 10 floors

  • Developer – Precast Investments Limited

  • Builder – Firm Construction

  • Architect – Scalan Architects

  • Contract Value - $14.4m plus GST

  • Status – Practical Completion achieved in March 2018

  • Role – Superintendent

Fremantle

THE SOCIAL ON HENRY
  • Overview – Twenty-two (22) 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments with a commercial tenancy

  • Developer – Australian Development Capital Limited

  • Builder – Firm Construction

  • Architect – Matthews & Scavalli Architects

  • Contract Value - $7.3m plus GST

  • Status – Construction commenced in August 2018 with Practical Completion due in February 2020

  • Role – Superintendent
